Jack in the Box Inc. has announced the opening of its paid management training program and invites interested Guam residents to apply for restaurant manager and assistant manager positions, the company announced Monday.

“We are looking for enthusiastic, experienced managers from Guam who are interested in relocating to support our operations in Hawaii,” said Vanessa Alcisto, director of human resources and training. “Our management training program offers a very attractive salary and benefits package – a sign-on bonus, relocation allowance, housing assistance and full medical package, to name a few."

The recruits will have the chance to be “the next generation of managers who can lead our restaurants for years to come,” she added.

Looking for experienced managers

Beginning February 2020, management trainees will undergo an eight-week program on Guam, which will include ServSafe food safety and First Aid Certification training, to prepare them for the Hawaii program in May 2020.

Interested applicants can call/text Vanessa Alcisto at (808) 347-2554 or send an email to hr@bluepacllc.com to request information or an application. Candidates must have at least three years of management experience and must be able to start training in the Guam restaurant by February 2020 and relocate to Hawaii by May 2020. Phone screenings are taking place now and interviews scheduled for January 2020 on Guam.
