McDonald's Guam managers complete leadership training

McDonald's managers from Guam restaurants went through a two-day leadership training. From Jan. 13-14 the Leadership Transitions Class included a two-day course that was developed for managers to engage with other shift leaders and learn about role and responsibilities. It also was an opportunity to explore the transition from individual contributor to leader of others.
