Residents living in central Guam and even those down south will have a flavor of Jamaica closer to their front doors with Jamaican Grill's fourth location.
The restaurant chain's co-owners Frank Kenney and Timothy Murphy announced they signed a lease on Monday at the site of the restaurant chain's newest location along Corten Torres St. in Mangilao.
Jamaican Grill opened its flagship location 25 years ago at the Chamorro Village and branched out with a restaurant in Tumon in 2004 and another in Dededo in 2011.
The Mangilao branch has been "a long time coming," Kenney said.
Jamaican Grill Mangilao will open to the public in the summer of 2020.
