I would like to express our family’s sincerest and heartfelt Si Yu’os Ma’ase and Bravo Zulu to everyone who provided our family member with the quick and utmost professional care and assistance that was administered the evening of Friday, Oct. 4, 2019.
Our family member was experiencing chest pains and because we were leaving Naval Base Guam, we turned in to Naval Base Guam Fire Station 6 to seek medical help. Knowing that our family member was in good hands gave us the faith and comfort during this trying time. Thankfully, we were able to go home after excellent medical care was provided by all.
To Naval Base Guam Fire and Emergency Services Chief Phil Guerrero, Fire Station 6 acting Captain Frankie San Agustin, Firefighters Randy Davis, Jamie Torres and CJ Terlaje, Medic 1 Paramedic Rommel Magan and EMT Sonny Quichocho, along with U.S. Naval Hospital Guam emergency room Dr. Elliot Ross and the Naval Hospital ER medical team that Friday night – through discharge the following morning – our sincerest thank you!
Most people don’t think about our island’s first responders and medical professionals until they have an emergency. These men and women are all truly the unsung heroes when help is most needed. They serve unselfishly to help make a better world for all mankind. Their families must also be commended for their continued support. May you all be blessed for all that you do for others.
