Caffe Cino

Tucked in the Hilton Guam Resort & Spa, Caffe Cino is a great place to get some studying done. The cafe boasts great food, atmosphere and location.

If you like to study within arm's reach of yummy snacks, Caffe Cino offers great food. Whether it’s a chocolate croissant or a nice strawberry cake, it’ll keep you filled for study time.

Caffe Cino has not only scrumptious food and beverages but also nice amenities.

The Caffe Cino has comfortable sofa-like chairs and charging ports in close proximity to table tops. Students can charge their laptops and phones while sitting comfortably.

Offering a beautiful view of Tumon Bay, this study spot provides a scenic view for relaxation.

The refined cafe also is in a prime location as it is located in Guam’s tourist district and serves students of a variety of schools in the central part of the island. The cafe is open 24 hours.

Chesa Guam

Chesa Guam is a locally owned cafe in Barrigada. The cafe provides a comfortable atmosphere and great comfort food.

As you walk in the doors of Chesa, you’ll notice a very homey feel to the establishment. This can help students feel more comfortable in the often stressful times of the school year.

As you prep for studying, you can buy from a selection of beverages and locally made food to delight your taste buds and put you in a good mood for studying.

Whether you are munching on a kelaguen wrap or a nice tinala kåtne plate, you’ll be nourished and ready to study.

With an array of chairs, students can find a good variety of seating selection.

Chesa Guam is a great place to sit down, eat and study.


University of Guam Library

The RFK Memorial Library at the University of Guam in Mangilao is a great study-friendly environment suitable for focused or group study.

The library is divided into three unique sections offering different study experiences. The first floor is the green section, which allows students to eat, drink, and converse while studying. Large tables placed next to ceiling-high walls offer natural sunlight, a beautiful view, and comfortable space for personal studying or group projects.

Beneath the stairs, toward the back of the library, is a popular spot for relaxed studying. Also located in front of ceiling-high windows are comfortable chairs and recliners.

The mezzanine level, located in between the second and first floors, is the yellow section, suitable for more focused study. Large tables are placed in a well-lit room decorated with a collection of unique traditional CHamoru figurines and models. Air conditioning in this level is the strongest, so remember to bring a jacket!

The second floor has individual large desks in front of windows and individual small desks placed systematically in rows throughout the floor. A red section room is specifically designed for absolute silent studying. This room is great if you are looking for a place to avoid distractions.

The RFK Memorial Library is open from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday to Friday and from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday. It is open to the public.

Lotte Hotel Guam

On a Friday afternoon, Lotte Hotel Guam is the perfect place to efficiently get work done.

The highlight of the hotel is its breathtaking view. Its high windows offer a grand view of Tumon Bay and the endless ocean.

The hotel offers an assortment of comfortable couches, chairs and tables inside the lobby or out on the balcony to accommodate relaxed reading, focused math homework, or creative arts.

Open daily, the hotel allows for Friday studying to be relaxing and enjoyable.
