CoreTech Foundation awards $36K in scholarships

SCHOLARSHIPS: The Core Tech Foundation on Wednesday awarded $36,000 in scholarships to 12 high school seniors who are among the best of the Class of 2019. Core Tech International Corp. Chairman Ho Eun increased the scholarship amount from $2,500 to $3,000 for each scholarship recipient last year in a one-time grant to help them transition to the financial challenges of college life. More than $180,000 in scholarships to more than 60 students have been issued since the program launched. Seated, from left, are Arika Wada, John F.
