Workers preparing parade route; some lanes closed

As the island prepares for the 75th Liberation Day celebration, crews with the Department of Public Works and Urban & Community Forestry Program clear potentially hazardous branches on Friday. 

The crews were working on Daog strip and making their way down the parade route in Hagåtña, which stretches from Chamorro Village towards Adelup. 

For safety, crews have blocked off two lanes, leaving one lane open going towards the Chamorro Village from Adelup. Motorist are asked to proceed with caution.
