Cruz takes command of Guam Guard regional training institute

NEW COMMANDER: Lt. Col. Jesus Cruz assumed command of the Guam National Guard's 203rd Regional Training Institute during a ceremony at Fort Juan Muna in Dededo on Sunday. Cruz said of his latest achievement: "Always be faithful to the people you love. Always be loyal to your leaders and those whom you lead. Always be grateful for your friends and family. And never forget, God is always listening – most especially, in your times of greatest need."
