Natasha Renee Quitugua Peters was in tears inside a Superior Court courtroom on Monday during her magistrate hearing. She and her husband Duayne Peters, a former Guam businessman, were arrested over the weekend in a case involving the alleged sexual assault of an 18-year-old woman known to them. The teen alleged she was molested beginning when she was in middle school. Natasha Peters was held on a $10,000 bail. Her husband was released and told to appear at a later date.
