PARKER: Attorney Hank Parker sits with his awards after being presented the Ancient Order of Chamorri by Gov. Lou Leon Guerrero and an award from the Guam Bar Association during a ceremony Thursday in the governor's conference room in Adelup. Parker came to Guam as a Volunteers in Service to America attorney in January 1976 and then joined the Public Defender Service Corp., according to the Guam Bar Association. In 1981, after two short terms as acting director of the PDSC, he became director until his retirement on Sept. 30, 2003. Between 2003 and 2006, he was in private practice.
