BANKS: Raliene Hernandez Banks, a major in the U.S. Air Force and a daughter of Guam, won first runner-up in the Mrs. USA Petite Pageant in Milwaukee, Wis., from March 24-27. Banks is a 2002 graduate of Simon Sanchez High School and has been a pilot in the Air Force for 13 years. Banks thanks Guam for the support she received from the island in the days leading up to the pageant. "I felt your love every day from thousands of miles away. Every time I was announced on stage as Mrs. Guam, I thought, 'That's me!' I can't believe I get the opportunity to represent such a beautiful island and culture." I felt you all on stage with me every night ... and we'll be back for that crown next time. Biba Guahan!" Banks stated. Photo courtesy of Magic Dreams Productions
