A man on pretrial release for a family violence case is back in prison after he was accused of inappropriately touching an 11-year-old girl known to him.
Patrick Joseph Torre Limtiaco, 45, is charged with second-degree criminal sexual conduct as a first-degree felony and two counts of violation of court order as a misdemeanor.
According to court documents, police responded to a complaint at the girl's school on Wednesday.
The girl told police that in August 2018, the suspect told her to straddle him and massage his head and stomach. The girl refused and told him to take medicine, but the suspect asked again.
The child then sat next to the suspect and massaged his stomach. The suspect is then accused of telling the girl to "go down more" towards his genital area and then unzipped his pants and made her touch him inappropriately.
Afterwards, the girl told family members immediately, but the alleged incident was never reported out of fear of the suspect, documents state.
Court documents also state, Limtiaco was on pretrial release for a family violence case reported in October. He was ordered to stay away from a woman in that case, but was arrested by police at her home.
