Guam has now moved back into Condition of Readiness 4. The following government agencies, businesses and other organizations have announced whether or not they will be open today:
Judiciary of Guam announced that the Guam Judicial Center and Northern Court Satellite will be open at noon today. All Judiciary employees have been directed to report to work by 11 a.m. There was no damage to Judiciary facilities. The Clerk of Court will begin the process of rescheduling all hearings, jury trials and jury selection proceedings. Jurors should check the jury recording system for their next jury instructions.
U.S. District Court of Guam will resume normal business hours at 8 a.m. on Friday.
University of Guam announced that the university will resume normal operations once Condition of Readiness 4 is declared. Employees should report to work following the COR4 declaration and before 11 a.m. Contingent on the announcement of COR4, classes will resume at noon today.
Guam Community College said employees should report to work once Condition of Readiness 4 is declared. Classes will resume at noon today.
St. John's School announced it will resume classes today at noon. No lunch will be served, but there will be an afternoon break/recess. Middle school and high school students will start with third period.
Archdiocese of Agana said all Catholic schools will remain closed today. However, staff and faculty should report to their respective schools after Condition of Readiness 4 is declared for condition assessment. The Chancery office will open at 10 a.m. today.
Guam Regional Medical City announced its Urgent Care services will open at 11 a.m. today. Normal visiting hours will resume when Condition of Readiness 4 has been declared. Clinic appointments from 1 p.m. onwards will proceed as scheduled. Any patients who had appointments canceled as a result of Typhoon Yutu will be contacted to reschedule.
Take Care health plan operations will open at 9 a.m. while Take Care Saipan operations will remain closed. FHP Urgent Care opened at 8 a.m. and the rest of the clinic will be open at 9 a.m.
Coast 360 member centers will open at 12 p.m. until 4 p.m. today.
First Hawaiian Bank said all Guam branches will be open today for normal business hours, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. All First Hawaiian Bank branches on Saipan will remain closed today and will reopen once it has been deemed safe to do so. Customers can access their accounts through FHB Online and the FHB Mobile app or can call the FHB Customer Service Center at 1-888-844-4444.
BankPacific branches in Guam will open at 10 a.m. and Palau branch will open at 9 a.m. Palau time. BankPacific’s Saipan branch will remain closed today.
Bank of Hawaii will resume normal operating hours for all Guam branches beginning today at noon. Bank of Hawaii’s Saipan branch will remain closed. Call Center operations, based in Hawaii, remain open.
Community First Guam Federal Credit Union member service centers will be open from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. today.
Bank of Guam branches and ATMs on Guam will reopen at noon today. Bank of Guam branches on Saipan, Rota and Tinian will remain closed until further notice.
Personal Finance Center locations in Tamuning and Dededo will open at noon today.
GPO will open at 10 a.m.
Micronesia Mall will resume normal business hours today.
Agana Shopping Center will be open for normal business hours today.
Pay-Less Supermarkets announced that all locations will be open today for normal business hours.
Kmart is open today.
Home Depot is open for normal business hours today.
King's Restaurant announced their Tamuning and Dededo locations are open to serve the public.
Cafe ‘N Play is open for normal business hours today.
Infusion Coffee & Tea announced that locations at Compadres Mall, Harmon, Upper Tumon, Camacho Landmark Center and Tamuning’s two-story cafe will be open today.
Foody’s Shell Guam announced that all Guam Shell stations are now open.
AAFES Gas Express and Shoppette located at the Guard’s Readiness Center in Barrigada will reopen at 11:30 a.m. today.
Guam Power Authority will resume normal business hours today at noon. All employees should report to work.
Department of Public Health Division of Senior Citizens announced that all three adult day care centers and 12 senior citizens centers would remain closed today. These facilities will resume normal operations on Friday. Other services, including Case Management Services, In-Home Services and Transportation Services have resumed operation.
