A woman was arrested after she allegedly used a hammer to smash the windows of a rental car parked at a Yigo residence on Tuesday.
Nelly-Ann Tenorio, 20, was charged with criminal mischief as a third-degree felony.
According to court documents, the victim told police an unknown woman was yelling before she eventually stormed off. The suspect later returned and allegedly cracked the windows of the victim's rental car.
Officers later found a hammer allegedly used in the incident.
Police interviewed the suspect, who told them she was the "last female taotaomona on Guam and she was jousting protecting the Chamorro people."
In their report, police described her actions as "unstable mentally."
