The defending champion Bank of Guam Lady Strykers face their first test, coming back from an early deficit to force the 1-1 draw with Guam Shipyard in Week 3 of the Bud Light Women’s Soccer League Premier Division at the Guam Football Association National Training Center.
Shipyard drew first blood, eight minutes into the match when Veronica Dydasco won the footrace to the ball off a long pass from Shyann Roberto for a shot at goal. Lady Strykers goalkeeper Kiarra Hutcherson momentarily disrupted the play, but Taylor Crisostomo finished the follow-up shot against the league leaders for the 1-0 advantage.
